OCI-Collection->max -- Gets the maximum number of elements in the collection

OCI-Collection->max ( void )
Returns the maximum number of elements in the collection.
If the returned value is 0, then the number of elements is not limited.
OCI-Collection->max() returns FALSE in case of error.
